1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used board games.
Trading Card Games (TCGs) such as Pokemon, Magic The Gathering, Flesh and Blood, and other TCGs, unless the product is a sealed product and still sealed.
Singles, due to their volatile nature are not eligible for returns.
Items not in their original condition or packaging.
Any product that is returned more than 30 days after the purchase date.

3. How to Initiate a Return
