The Duncan Rhodes Painting Academy ‘Two Thin Coats’ Paint Range is a range of paints developed from the ground up with some of the best paint development chemists in the world. These are not paints we just bought off the shelf and bottled. We developed each colour to meet our high standards of what we thought a miniature paint should be. We have been working in partnership with Trans Atlantis Games to create a set of paints that would be useful to any level of hobbyist. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned painter, we believe that you’ll find using these paints an absolute joy to use! We are both extremely excited for hobbyists around the world to get their hands on these paints and to give them a whirl…or to apply two thin coats!

What colours are in the range?

To start off we will have 60 colours in the range. This includes 6 fantastic washes that both dry matt as well as get into those recesses with minimum fuss. We also have 6 shiny metallics that use a brand new technology to help those metals shine! These cover so well and we will be starting with 3 golds and 3 silvers. Then we have the remaining 48 colours of which we have both your primary and secondary colours alongside a wide range of other colours to suit. 

 

We have designed these, including the metallics, as a triad system. That means we start off with your Shadow colour, then your Mid-tone and finally your Highlight. Of course, you can use them however you see fit and change them around according to your style and taste.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used board games.
  • Trading Card Games (TCGs) such as Pokemon, Magic The Gathering, Flesh and Blood, and other TCGs, unless the product is a sealed product and still sealed.
  • Singles, due to their volatile nature are not eligible for returns.
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging.
  • Any product that is returned more than 30 days after the purchase date.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at gildedravengaming@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will guide you through the return process.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your returned item.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 30 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

7. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return process upon receiving the item.
